AZ Stores Week: Qcumberz AND Modern Manor AND More

It's the last day of this series, and to be honest ——i'm conflicted with how I feel. Sad that the bloggers and stores series is over, but ecstatic to show you the projects that have been in the works here lately, and show some snippets from our ridiculously      rad trip to San Fran and Napa last week.

One of the final stores is Qcumberz {4429 North 7th Avenue Phoenix, AZ 85013  (602) 277-5133}. J and I love Q for the amount of random stuff they have at all times. Its similar in my book to Last Chance, which is why I love it so much! Its definitely not a store for you 'in and out' shoppers, or someone who needs everything to be tidy and organized. Its an insane cluttery mess inside, but full of great finds. Here are some current shots:

They have a great selection of cheap door knobs, and of fun vintage bottles.

Every store has to have 'that' item that makes you think "Ummm WHAT?!"

This was one of the most interesting finds ever! Its a desk/shelving unit made from an antique piano. I seriously loved it! What a statement piece. If I owned this I would so pretend to be musically talented while simply using it to write on. Hey, I took piano lessons for three years, that counts right?!

They have a great selection of legs, which makes a DIY table project that much more easy!

This is hands down my favorite part of Qcumberz, the door and window section. You can find almost anything back there, and usually for a decent price too!

Side note- apparently Qcumberz has new owners, which might be great, might end up sucking. I just found out that the previous owner actually bought the store right next-door- so check that spot out too!


The other store that we are obsessed with is Modern Manor. Pretty sure i've talked about them a million+ times here, so i'll simply leave you with a snippet of their store, or read their post here.

And finally, our last little trick of spots are thrift stores and auctions in general. You'd be shocked at some of the treasures you can find at Savers, Goodwill, etc. And auctions, well thats where we find some of our best things ever!!
