SAS Fabric Store

You guys know what makes me so happy.. when you all love a project that I am slightly 'iffy' on. Even if J likes it a lot, and i'm not sold, nothing sells me more than you all overwhelmingly liking it. I am talking about our fabric framed antlers.

I have gotten a lot of questions about where we got our fabric for this project...and I have a little photo shoot to show you:) This is SAS fabric store:

It is super intese. Super cheap. And has some super awesome stuff mixed with some super ugly stuff:

cheetah print anyone?!
I did find two things that I liked there, one being:

Yes, J is that awesome that he goes to SAS with me. I honestly couldn't ask for a more supportive, involved, loving man! The other things I liked was the fabric we got at SAS. We got enough of it for the antlers, and more than enough of it to make a curtain for the laundry room..and the total was a whopping $6. Breaking the bank, huh?! If you live in Phoenix and are needing fabric of any type, trimmings, etc. GO to SAS. I guarantee you will not find better prices anywhere else in the valley.

  5. Tasha-I'm sorry. The question you asked from yesterday was about the sealer I believe and I added that info into the post and I emailed you about it. I didn't realize that you dont have your email connected to your account. On other questions I had prob emailed you with answers, and the emails went odd into cyberspace! Haha what other questions can I help you with?
And yes ladies-j is amazing for going with me and the store is ridiculously amazing!!!!!

  6. Oh my goodness, I have lived here for a while now but you know so many great places I had never heard of! The fabric is perfect, vintagey, kitchy, sort of peeking thru the shrubbery backgroupnd for the animal heads.

  8. I have a SAS in Tucson and it is da...BOMB! However, the sales people hate their jobs and hate the customers. I've started to look at that as just a part of the stores "charm"...part of the experience!

  10. That's good to know! Cuz the fabric at Michael's or Joanne's just sometimes isn't what I'm looking for. Thanks Adri :) I will say though... walking into this store may just be waaaaay too overwhelming lol.
